My team were content with the WB result of your anti-SMAD1/SMAD2/SMAD3/SMAD5 antibody. However we have observed positive staining in mammary carcinoma cytoplasm. using this antibody. Is that expected? Could you tell me where is SMAD1 supposed to be expressed?
