|Product Name||Human IL1R1 PicoKine™ ELISA Kit|
|Description||Sandwich High Sensitivity ELISA kit for Quantitative Detection of Human IL1R1|
|Cite This Product||Human IL1R1 PicoKine™ ELISA Kit (Boster Biological Technology, Pleasanton CA, USA, Catalog # EK0395)|
*Our Boster Guarantee covers the use of this product in the above tested applications.
**For positive and negative control design, consult "Tissue specificity" under Protein Target Info.
|Immunogen||Expression system for standard: NSO; Immunogen sequence: D21-T332|
|Cross Reactivity||There is no detectable cross-reactivity with other relevant proteins.|
*Sensitivity, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD), is the minimum level of target protein the ELISA assay can detect. We measure 20 blank wells and if the O.D. value is 2 standard deviations higher than the blanks' average O.D. the sample can be deemed positive.
*This assay range is determined using common samples. For samples with low target protein concentrations, users can adjust the standard curve to extend the lower limit of assay range.
|Sample Type||cell culture supernates and serum.
*The above listed samples are the ones valided with the assay. If you do not see your sample of interest listed, as long as there is enough level of target protein present in the sample, this Picokine™ ELISA kit should detect it.
**For protocol and tips regarding preparing your sample of interest, please check our ELISA sample preparation guide.

You can check the tissue specificity below for information on selecting positive and negative control.
|Protein Name||Interleukin-1 receptor type 1|
|Gene Full Name||Interleukin-1 receptor type 1|
|Protein Function||Receptor for IL1A, IL1B and IL1RN. After binding tointerleukin-1 associates with the corecptor IL1RAP to form thehigh affinity interleukin-1 receptor complex which mediatesinterleukin-1-dependent activation of NF-kappa-B, MAPK and otherpathways. Signaling involves the recruitment of adapter moleculessuch as TOLLIP, MYD88, and IRAK1 or IRAK2 via the respective TIRdomains of the receptor/coreceptor subunits. Binds ligands withcomparable affinity and binding of antagonist IL1RN preventsassociation with IL1RAP to form a signaling complex..|
|Sequence Similarities||Belongs to the interleukin-1 receptor family.|
|Subcellular Localization||Membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein.Cell membrane. Secreted.|
|Uniprot ID||IL1R1: P14778
|Alternative Names||Interleukin-1 receptor type 1; IL-1R-1; IL-1RT-1; IL-1RT1; CD121 antigen-like family member A; Interleukin-1 receptor alpha; IL-1R-alpha; Interleukin-1 receptor type I; p80; CD121a; Interleukin-1 receptor type 1, membrane form; mIL-1R1; mIL-1RI; Interleukin-1 receptor type 1, soluble form; sIL-1R1; sIL-1RI; IL1R1; IL1R, IL1RA, IL1RT1;|

Typical Data Obtained from Human IL1R1 PicoKine™ ELISA Kit
(TMB reaction incubate at 37°C for 20-25min)
*The typical data is obtained from Boster's internal QC result and for reference only. It may differ from the lab test results of the end users. It is more important that the user's lab test results reflect the same linearity demonstrated in the typical data than achieving exactly the same O.D. values.
