|Product Name||Mouse CD26/DPP4 PicoKine™ ELISA Kit|
|Description||Sandwich High Sensitivity ELISA kit for Quantitative Detection of Mouse CD26/DPP4|
|Cite This Product||Mouse CD26/DPP4 PicoKine™ ELISA Kit (Boster Biological Technology, Pleasanton CA, USA, Catalog # EK0697)|
*Our Boster Guarantee covers the use of this product in the above tested applications.
**For positive and negative control design, consult "Tissue specificity" under Protein Target Info.
|Immunogen||Expression system for standard: NSO; Immunogen sequence: S29-H760|
|Cross Reactivity||There is no detectable cross-reactivity with other relevant proteins.|
*Sensitivity, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD), is the minimum level of target protein the ELISA assay can detect. We measure 20 blank wells and if the O.D. value is 2 standard deviations higher than the blanks' average O.D. the sample can be deemed positive.
*This assay range is determined using common samples. For samples with low target protein concentrations, users can adjust the standard curve to extend the lower limit of assay range.
|Sample Type||cell culture supernates, cell lysates, tissue homogenates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA).
*The above listed samples are the ones valided with the assay. If you do not see your sample of interest listed, as long as there is enough level of target protein present in the sample, this Picokine™ ELISA kit should detect it.
**For protocol and tips regarding preparing your sample of interest, please check our ELISA sample preparation guide.

|Protein Name||Dipeptidyl peptidase 4|
|Gene Full Name||Dipeptidyl peptidase 4|
|Protein Function||Cell surface glycoprotein receptor involved in thecostimulatory signal essential for T-cell receptor (TCR)-mediatedT-cell activation. Acts as a positive regulator of T-cellcoactivation, by binding at least ADA, CAV1, IGF2R, and PTPRC. Itsbinding to CAV1 and CARD11 induces T-cell proliferation and NF-kappa-B activation in a T-cell receptor/CD3-dependent manner. Itsinteraction with ADA also regulates lymphocyte-epithelial celladhesion. In association with FAP is involved in the pericellularproteolysis of the extracellular matrix (ECM), the migration andinvasion of endothelial cells into the ECM. May be involved in thepromotion of lymphatic endothelial cells adhesion, migration andtube formation. When overexpressed, enhanced cell proliferation, aprocess inhibited by GPC3. Acts also as a serine exopeptidase witha dipeptidyl peptidase activity that regulates variousphysiological processes by cleaving peptides in the circulation,including many chemokines, mitogenic growth factors, neuropeptidesand peptide hormones. Removes N-terminal dipeptides sequentiallyfrom polypeptides having unsubstituted N-termini provided that thepenultimate residue is proline..|
|Subcellular Localization||Dipeptidyl peptidase 4 soluble form:Secreted. Detected in the serum and the seminal fluid..|

Typical Data Obtained from Mouse CD26/DPP4 PicoKine™ ELISA Kit
(TMB reaction incubate at 37°C for 25-30min)
*The typical data is obtained from Boster's internal QC result and for reference only. It may differ from the lab test results of the end users. It is more important that the user's lab test results reflect the same linearity demonstrated in the typical data than achieving exactly the same O.D. values.
