| Product Description | This antibody is purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography which removes essentially all goat serum proteins, except the specific antibody for rabbit IgG. The antibody preparation is solid phase adsorbed with human serum proteins to ensure minimal cross reactivity in tissue or cell preparations. |

| Instructions for Use | The optimal dilution concentration should be determined by the user according to the specific application requirements. The antibody can be diluted with 0.01 M PBS buffer (pH 7.0–7.6) or other suitable antibody dilution buffers. Diluted antibodies are not recommended for long-term storage. For long-term storage of unconjugated antibodies, preservatives such as sodium azide (NaN₃, final concentration 0.02–0.05%) and reagent-grade BSA (final concentration 1%) may be added. For labeled antibodies (such as HRP-, FITC-, or Biotin-conjugated antibodies), the reagents used for dilution or storage should not contain sodium azide (NaN₃) or BSA. |
