Rules for making the layout labels:

  1. Label your standards as S1, S2... etc. The S must be capitalized.
  2. Label your unknowns/test samples as U1, U2... etc. The U must be capitalized.
  3. Label your blank wells as B. You can add numbers after the B but it is not required. If you do not have blank wells, the blank value is assumed to be 0.
