BOSTER TECHNICAL RESOURCES

Boster provides comprehensive technical resources for applications, blogs, research area/pathway map/disease information, and web-based digital tools.

Directory for all Technical Resources

Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)

Boster has been manufacturing ELISA kits since the late 90s. Over 6000+ academic publications have been made with Boster ELISA kits in the past decade. We proudly share our ELISA knowledge base to our beloved scientists.

Western Blotting, Immunoblotting (WB)

Western blotting (protein immunoblotting) is an analytical technique used to identify and locate particular proteins in a tissue homogenate or tissue extract, based on their ability to bind to particular antibodies. Boster validate all antibodies on WB and only release the antibodies with correct and specific binding.

Immunostaining: IHC, IF, ICC

The most common histology methods used for research are Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Immunocytochemistry.

Flow Cytometry

Flow cytometry is a powerful tool because it allows simultaneous multiparametric analysis of the physical and chemical characteristics of up to thousands of particles per second. This makes it a rapid and quantitative method for analysis and purification of cells in suspension. Using flow, we can determine the phenotype and function and even sort live cells.

PCR

Refresh your basic understanding of concepts in the complicated world of molecular biology and polymerase chain reaction (PCR). From the structure of DNA and RNA molecules to cellular transcription, this review guide covers it all.

Pathways

Browse through our Pathway Maps Center to download and print over 100 cell signaling pathway maps that cover a range of research areas. We've also provided access to info cards for 2,500+ pathways.

Genes

Check out Boster's infographics for over 30,000 genes, featuring basic information you need to know about each gene. In the infographics, you will see database IDs, family, function, alternative names, molecular weight, chromosomal location, tissue specificity, subcellular locations, post-translational modifications, and related diseases, pathways, or research areas.

Diseases

Check out Boster's info cards for over 5,000 diseases, which feature the basic information you need to know about each disease and covers most of the commonly studied diseases.

Digital Tools for Biology

We are in the process of producing handy tools that will help facilitate your experiments. Feel free to bookmark and share these tools with your colleagues and friends.
