What do I need to provide to create the antibody? Do you need protein?

You do not need to provide antigen/protein. You only need to provide the sequence or the target protein information. Recombinant protein production is included in the package. If you do not have the sequence picked out, the antibody engineering team can design one for you.

What is the cost for making the IgGs?

The package cost is $600 all inclusive. Because this is a polyclonal antibody production service, IgG isotype cannot be guaranteed for all clones; in practice, a high proportion of resulting antibodies are IgG due to repeated immunizations.

Good Zebrafish Antibody for Nlz2

Zebrafish-specific antibody. Used in whole mount IF on 24hpf zebrafish embryos. The signal is not precisely clean, but we do observe nlz2 expression in the ventral region of the retina as expected from in situ hybridization results. This antibody shows some promising results in whole mount applications using 24hpf embryos. Applications with cryosections may be more precise.
