Facts about Kit ligand.
KITLG/SCF binding may activate several signaling pathways. Promotes phosphorylation of PIK3R1, the regulatory subunit of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase, and subsequent activation of this kinase AKT1.

This article will cover Boster Bio's Anti SCF/KITLG Marker and provide some resources to help you get started. The FAQs, PDFs, and other information will help you better understand the markers' capabilities. Before we get into those resources, let us first address some common questions regarding these markers. First, how do you use them?
The Anti-SCF/KITLG Markers are derived from bovine spleen cells. The antigens bind to the c-kit receptor, a member of the type III tyrosine kinase family. The binding SCF to KITLG promotes activation PIK3R1 & AKT1 respectively, and the production ositol 1,4,5 - triphosphate and diacylglycerol.
