ACAA2 (mitochondrial 3-ketoacyl-CoA thiolase; acetyl-CoA acyltransferase 2) is a mitochondrial matrix enzyme in lipid metabolism that catalyzes a thiolase step in mitochondrial fatty-acid β-oxidation (Reactome).
