We are currently using anti-CD31 (PECAM-1) Rabbit Monoclonal antibody, Clone#RM247 M01513-3 for human tissue, and we are happy with the IHC results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human. Is it possible that the antibody can work on horse tissues as well?

From literature leukemic t-cell does express PECAM1. From Uniprot.org, PECAM1 is expressed in tendon of biceps brachii, lung, brain, platelet, liver, leukemic t-cell, among other tissues. Regarding which tissues have PECAM1 expression, here are a few articles citing expression in various tissues:
