We are currently using anti-Phospho-HSF1 (S326) Rabbit Monoclonal antibody P00250 for human tissue, and we are happy with the WB results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human. Is it possible that the antibody can work on horse tissues as well?

My colleagues were well pleased with the WB result of your anti-Phospho-HSF1 (S326) Rabbit Monoclonal antibody. However we have observed positive staining in testis nucleus using this antibody. Is that expected? Could you tell me where is HSF1 supposed to be expressed?

From what I have seen in literature muscle does express HSF1. From what I have seen in Uniprot.org, HSF1 is expressed in testis, muscle, cervix carcinoma, leukemic t-cell, cervix carcinoma erythroleukemia, liver, among other tissues.
