We are currently using anti-CD276 (B7-H3) Rabbit Monoclonal antibody, Clone#RM335 M02220-1 for human tissue, and we are content with the IHC results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human. Is it possible that the antibody can work on goat tissues as well?

The anti-CD276 (B7-H3) Rabbit Monoclonal antibody, Clone#RM335 (M02220-1) has not been validated for cross reactivity specifically with goat tissues, though there is a good chance of cross reactivity.
