Description
Boster Bio Anti-A-RAF Antibody catalog # A02061-3. Tested in WB,ICC/IF,IHC,Flow Cytometry applications. This antibody reacts with Human. A-RAF (ARAF) is a RAF-family serine/threonine kinase involved in transducing mitogenic signals (RAS→RAF→MEK→ERK/MAPK; well-established). Assay context: primary antibody reactive with human, validated for WB, ICC/IF, IHC, and flow cytometry on the product page. MAPK-pathway modulation is frequently tracked by WB/IF and can be adapted to quantitative cell-based formats such as in-cell western blot; tissue-state mapping of MAPK activity aligns with IHC (study-dependent). In signaling–microenvironment studies (putative), MAPK readouts may be interpreted alongside innate activation (e.g., TLR2) and invasion markers such as uPAR/PLAUR.
Storage & Handling
Store at -20°C for one year. For short term storage and frequent use, store at 4°C for up to one month. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
