A-RAF (ARAF) is a RAF-family serine/threonine kinase involved in transducing mitogenic signals (RAS→RAF→MEK→ERK/MAPK; well-established). MAPK-pathway modulation is frequently tracked by WB/IF and can be adapted to quantitative cell-based formats such as in-cell western blot; tissue-state mapping of MAPK activity aligns with IHC (study-dependent).
