Background of SKAR
This gene encodes a protein that interacts with the DNA polymerase delta p50 subunit. This protein is a specific target of S6 kinase 1 and regulates cell growth. Two transcript variants that encode different protein isoforms have been identified. [provided by RefSeq].

Would it be fine if A02748-1 is reconstituted with 100 uL of PBS and 100 uL of glycerol so that I have 0.5 ug/uL in the vial?

Answer
C-terminal region is supplied in liquid format at 0.5 mg/ml. This is already in 100 ul 1x PBS. You can add 50% glycerol if you want to store this is in single-use aliquots and store at -20C.
