Does Prostaglandin E2 PGE2 ELISA Kit (EK7124) have any effect on analysis when using OCT compound storage samples?

Answer
The OCT compound has water-soluble glycerols and resins which will not bind to the PGE2 antibody coated on the ELISA. For ELISA, they have to extract tissue homogenates with ethyl acetate.
