Background of ARHGEF16
Guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor of the RHOG GTPase stimulating the exchange of RHOG-associated GDP for GTP. May play a role in chemotactic cell migration by mediating the activation of RAC1 by EPHA2. May also activate CDC42 and mediate activation of CDC42 by the viral protein HPV16 E6.

We are currently using anti-ARHGEF16 antibody A10332 for human tissue, and we are satisfied with the WB results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human. Is it true that the antibody can work on monkey tissues as well?

The anti-ARHGEF16 antibody (A10332) has not been validated for cross reactivity specifically with monkey tissues, though there is a good chance of cross reactivity.
