2 Customer Q&As for Human Insulin OneStep ELISA Kit
Question
Would EK7000 cross-react with beagle serum?
Verified customer
Asked: 2021-02-21
Answer
The Human Insulin OneStep ELISA Kit (EK7000) is validated with human samples only and we are uncertain if the kit has any cross-reactivity with beagle serum. We suggest to run a pilot test with the specific samples but we can't guarantee the accuracy of the result data.

Question
Hello Boster, I just want to inquire if you have any information about the cross-reactivity of the EK7000 Human Insulin OneStep ELISA Kit with snake plasma samples particularly the Green tree python.
Verified Customer
Verified customer
Asked: 2016-08-12
Answer
As we check about your query, we do not have any data for reactivity on Green tree python. If you want to check cross-reactivity to other species please contact our technical support for more information. But if the sequences are 90%+ identical, there is a high chance of cross-reactivity for your species of interest.
