Description
DH5 which is used for 11,12- EET/DHET measurements is the same kit as DH4 for measurement of 11,12-DHET. The only difference with DH5 is the sample preparation step (NOT ELISA kit) in which EET is chemically changed to DHET.
Storage & Handling
All components are stored below -20°C and should not be re-frozen and thawed more than necessary. (Ship on dry ice.)

- Automated plate washer (optional).
- Pipettes and pipette tips capable of precisely dispensing 0.5 µl through 1 ml volumes of aqueous solutions.
- Multichannel pipettes are recommended for large amount of samples.
- Deionized or distilled water.
- 500ml graduated cylinders.
- Test tubes for dilution.
