The actin antibody labels the submembranous actin-rich cytoskeleton, stress fibers and bundles of actin associated with cell adhesion sites. The vimentin antibody stains a different cytoskeletal network, the intermediate or 10nm filaments. The blue is DAPI staining of nuclear DNA.
