Background of 6 Phosphofructo 2 Kinase
F-actin cross-linking protein which is thought to anchor actin to a variety of intracellular structures. This is a bundling protein. Probably involved in vesicular trafficking via its association with the CART complex. The CART complex is necessary for efficient transferrin receptor recycling but not for EGFR degradation.

We are currently using anti-PFKFB3 Monoclonal antibody M02382 for rat tissue, and we are happy with the ICC results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human, mouse, rat. Is it true that the antibody can work on monkey tissues as well?

The anti-PFKFB3 Monoclonal antibody (M02382) has not been validated for cross reactivity specifically with monkey tissues, but there is a good chance of cross reactivity.
