Assay Dilutions Recommendation
The recommendations below provide a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration varies and should be decided by the user.
Western Blot (1:500). Detects bands of ~90kDa (full length protein) and ~50kDa (cleaved protein) by Western blot.
Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

Western blot analysis of endogenous and overexpressed human PIDD in Cell lysates from HEK 293T wild type (lane 1) and transfected with a plasmid coding for human PIDD (lane 2). PIDD at 90kDa (full length protein) and 50kDa (cleaved protein) were detected using mouse anti-PIDD monoclonal antibody (Catalog # M10708) at 1:500. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1001).

Answer
The anti-PIDD antibody (Monoclonal, Anto-1) (M10708) has not been validated for cross reactivity specifically with monkey tissues, but there is a good chance of cross reactivity. We have an innovator award program that if you test this antibody and show it works in monkey you can get your next antibody for free. Please contact me if I can help you with anything.
