| Application | Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex (ABC-HRP) reacts with HRP substrate to produce a blue color product. The complex can be used for in vitro quantitative and qualitative analysis of enzyme-linked immunoassays. |
Protocol
1.Bring the vial to room temperature (18-25°C) prior to use.
2.Centrifuge the vial prior to use.
3.Add 10 µl of Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex into 990 µl of PBS containing 2% BSA.
4.Add 100 µl of the prepared 1x Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex into each well. Cover with the plate sealer provided and incubate for 30 minutes at 37°C.
5.Wash the plate after the incubation.
6.Add 90 µl of HRP substrate to each well and incubate in the dark at 37°C.
