Promotes dimerization of NF-kappa-B subunits and regulates NF-kappa-B transcription factor action. Promotes development of cardiomyocytes, but not cardiomyocyte proliferation.
Promotes cardiac muscle hypertrophy (By similarity). Plays a role in the regulation of the growth of actin filaments.
