Exhibits calcium-independent phospholipase action towards phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE). Also shows acyltransferase activities, transferring an acyl group of PCs to the amino group of PEs and the hydroxyl group of lyso PCs.
