Twinfilin-2 (TWF2)

Actin-binding protein involved in motile and morphological processes. Inhibits actin polymerization, probably by sequestering G-actin.

By capping the barbed ends of filaments, in addition, it regulates motility. Seems to play an significant role in clathrin-mediated endocytosis and supply of endocytic organelles.
