Description
An expansion microscopy (ExM) super-resolution imaging kit. Biological specimens undergo isotropic expansion via expandable hydrogels, markedly enhancing resolution and working with conventional wide-field and confocal microscopes. Resolution improves ~4.5-fold in theory; full expansion within 3 hours. Compatible with immunofluorescence and FISH.
