Description
A dual-colored 5x SDS-PAGE sample loading buffer in a reducing formulation with lithium dodecyl sulfate at pH 8.4. Thaws rapidly from -20°C. Contains a blue electrophoretic indicator and a red dye that transfers to the membrane with protein samples, aiding lane visualization and transfer-efficiency monitoring. The novel reducing agent is strong yet odorless.
