Description
Adipose-Derived Stem Cells (ASC) are mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) isolated from human lipoaspirate or whole adipose tissue gathered from elective surgical procedures under Western IRB Approval. These cells are provided at early passages (P0, P1) and are characterized at Passage 0. Characterization data including proliferation, multi-lineage differentiation capacity, CFU-F, and flow cytometry are available upon request. A diverse donor inventory is available to choose from to represent the prevalent population modeled in your study. De-identified donor information including age, sex, race, BMI, and disease history can be provided upon request.
