2 Customer Q&As for Human alpha Fetoprotein OneStep ELISA Kit (AFP)
Question
I purchased antibodies for detecting AFP in serum by ELISA assay EK7020. But, I want to know the dilution I should used for these antibodies to optimize my ELISA assay in measuring AFP level in serum?

Asked: 2020-04-22
Answer
The dilution of EK7020 is listed on the datasheets and a few things to keep in mind that you do not need to put a lot of antibody to do an ELISA just enough to coat the wells. You could start with 0.1ug/ml. ELISA can be tricky and it take sometimes to optimize your assay.
