Lysis Buffer for IP/Co-IP is primarily used to extract soluble proteins from cells and tissues under non-denaturing conditions. The extracted samples work well for immunoprecipitation (IP) and co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP), as well as PAGE, Western Blot, and ELISA applications. It is compatible with animal, plant, fungal, and bacterial cell and tissue samples. Note: This buffer contains high Triton X-100 concentrations and is incompatible with Bradford protein quantification. Use the BCA method instead (Cat.No. BH5484).
