Mix-n-Stain™ Small Ligand Labeling Kits are designed for rapid labeling of low molecular weight (MW ~150 - 5000), high affinity biological ligands or substrates.
- For SNAP-tag®, CLIP-tag™ and HaloTag®, or other ligands with an aliphatic amine
- Label 100 nmol ligand
- Reaction takes ~30 minutes with minimal hands-on time and no purification
- Choose from 15 bright & photostable CF® Dyes
- Cell membrane-permeant or impermeant options for intracellular or surface targets
