According to our internal validation assays using this ELISA kit, to detect Rgma, Mouse dilution ratio of 1:20, concentration in serum is around 5.3-9.7 ng/ml. Rat dilution ratio of 1:10, concentration in serum is around 2.9-5.4 ng/ml.
