Description
ObaGel® Coating is a comprehensive human-derived cell basement membrane matrix that supports the culture and expansion of multiple cell types including ASCs and HUVECs. ObaGel® Coating provides a superior culture surface compared to tissue culture plastic and is comparable to fibronectin and collagen coated surfaces. For 2D coating applications, ObaGel® Coating is sourced from human material and has a protein content of 0.7–1.2 mg/ml. It has a shelf life of 12 months and is supplied sterile, serum-free, and cell culture grade. It is stored at -20°C and shipped on dry ice. Please note that ObaGel® Coating is not the same as using ObaGel® Human-Derived Hydrogel for 2D coating applications.
