Description
Designed for rapid preparation of polyacrylamide gels using a standard Tris-glycine running buffer system. Protein bands can be visualized immediately under UV light at 302 nm. Pre-mixed upper/lower gel formula; colored stacking gels; odorless catalyst instead of TEMED; polymerizes in 15-30 minutes at room temperature; for denaturing and native PAGE.
