Description
RIPA Lysis Buffer (Strong) is mainly used to extract soluble proteins from animal tissues and cells. The buffer is compatible with Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and ELISA applications. Protein samples can be quantified using the BCA Protein Quantification Kit (Cat.No. BH5484). It is versatile — suitable for cytoplasmic, membrane, and nuclear proteins — and more cost-effective than competing commercial options.
