White or pale yellow instant granules. Main components: Tris and glycine. Each stick makes 1.2 L of 1x transfer buffer for wet transfer (25 mM Tris, 192 mM glycine). Dissolve one stick in ~1000 mL distilled water, then add 200 mL anhydrous ethanol or methanol.
