Description
The UltraPure Mitochondria and Mitochondrial Protein Extraction Kit isolates intact mitochondria within 60 minutes using two-step density gradient centrifugation. The extracted mitochondria possess complete double-membrane structures and retain high biological activity, suitable for apoptosis analysis, signal transduction, metabolic studies, and mitochondrial proteomics. Applications include mtDNA extraction and mitochondrial protein analysis (SDS-PAGE, WB, IP).
