Question
If BA1048 is lyophilized then itt contains affinity purified antibodies. The Buffer is described as 0.01M PBS, 0.01% Thimerosal. Is this the buffer before lyophilization? Do we then only need to add sterile water for reconstitution? We would like to know what volume needs to be added to restore the buffer before lyophilization (0.01M PBS, 0.01% Thimerosal), if we receive 5mg vial of #ba1048-5. Is it 5ml? Was the concentration 1mg/ml?

For the Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody, Unconjugated (BA1048), the Buffer is described as 0.01M PBS, 0.01% Thimerosal. This is the buffer before lyophilization. 400ul of distilled water needs to be added into 5mg vial to restore the buffer before lyophilization (0.01M PBS, 0.01% Thimerosal).

Usage Method Recommended Dilutions: Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end users.
