| Usage Method | Recommended Dilutions: Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end users. Working solution can not be preserved for long after being diluted with 0.01M PBS buffer solution (pH7.0-7.6) or 1% sodium acetate. After adding preservatives (such as 0.05% NaN3) and reagent grade BSA to 1%, the antibody can be preserved for a long time. When labeling antibodies, such as HRP, FITC, Biotin, etc., the reagents should not contain BSA and NaN3. |

Answer
The suggested dilution ratio of BA1045 is 1:1000. The non-specific staining might be caused by the secondary antibody (2nd antibody: goat anti-rabbit IgG ) or the binding between Strep HRP and endogenous biotin in the sample. We suggest the customer run a negative control by using PBS to substitute the primary antibody to see if there is any non-specific staining.
