Hello Boster; I used your product Alpha B Crystallin ELISA Kit in my EMSA experiment and found a band. Since It is a polyclonal antibody (whole antiserum), I want to ask whether it is a purified or unpurified antibody? Also what kind of purification method?

Answer
The Alpha B Crystallin ELISA Kit has been no additional purification been done other than clotting being removed from whole blood (standard serum processing).
