From Uniprot.org, GAPDH is expressed in smooth muscle tissue, liver, lung, placenta, astrocytoma, leukemia, colon adenocarcinoma, eye, kidney, lung, lymph placenta, muscle, platelet, prostatic carcinoma, brain, cajal-retzius cell fetal brain cortex, heart, lymphoblast, cervix carcinoma, leukemic t-cell, cervix carcinoma erythroleukemia, among other tissues.
