Background of GHDC
GHDC, also known as LGP1, is a GH3 domain-containing protein that is highly expressed in normal mammary tissues and mammary tumors. GHDC is primarily located in the nuclear envelope. In mouse, its gene is located on chromosome 11 adjacent to the STAT3/5 locus. Little is known of the function of this protein.

GHDC antibody can be used for detection of GHDC by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 μg/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 μg/mL.
Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Optimal dilutions for each application should be determined by the researcher.
