IHC analysis of KLHL41 using anti-KLHL41 antibody (A10352).
KLHL41 was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of human heart tissue. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0, epitope retrieval solution). The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then incubated with 2 μg/ml rabbit anti-KLHL41 Antibody (A10352) overnight at 4°C. Peroxidase Conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The tissue section was developed using HRP Conjugated Rabbit IgG Super Vision Assay Kit (Catalog # SV0002) with DAB as the chromogen.

Background of KLHL41
This gene is a member of the kelch-like family. The encoded protein contains a BACK domain, a BTB/POZ domain, and 5 Kelch repeats. This protein is thought to function in skeletal muscle development and maintenance. Mutations in this gene have been associated with nemaline myopathy (NM), a rare congenital muscle disorder.
