According to literature liver does express NES. According to, NES is expressed in metanephric glomerulus, placenta, neuroblastoma, cervix carcinoma, liver, cervix carcinoma erythroleukemia, among other tissues. Regarding which tissues have NES expression, here are a few articles citing expression in various tissues:
