Flow Cytometry analysis of HEL cells using anti-TAAR6 antibody (A10349-1).
Overlay histogram showing HEL cells stained with A10349-1 (Blue line). The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and blocked with 10% normal goat serum. And then incubated with rabbit anti-TAAR6 Antibody (A10349-1, 1 μg/1x106 cells) for 30 min at 20°C. DyLight®488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (BA1127, 5-10 μg/1x106 cells) was used as secondary antibody for 30 minutes at 20°C. Isotype control antibody (Green line) was rabbit IgG (1 μg/1x106) used under the same conditions. Unlabelled sample without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (Red line) was used as a blank control.

Background of TAAR6
Trace amine associated receptor 6, also known as TAAR6, is a protein which in humans is encoded by the TAAR6 gene. This gene encodes a seven-transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor that likely functions as a receptor for endogenous trace amines. Mutations in this gene may be associated with schizophrenia.
