In brain, highest levels found in olfactory bulb. Moderate levels present in cerebellum, cerebral cortex, hypothalamus and pituitary. Low levels present in amygdala, brain stem, caudate putamen, cingulate cortex, hippocampus, midbrain, and thalamus.
