Substrate-recognition component of an SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F- box protein)-type E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. Promotes KAT7 ubiquitination and subsequent degradation in cooperation with MAP2K1 kinase, resulting in reduced histone H3K14 acetylation and increased cell proliferation.
