Acts as a modulator of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) function in the brain. Inhibits nicotine-induced Ca(2+) influx through nAChRs (PubMed:27344019).

Acts as a positive regulator of Wnt/beta-catenin signaling (By similarity). .
