Isoform 1 and isoform 3 are expressed in the kidney (at protein level). Isoform 1 is expressed in the kidney, spleen, heart, brain, lung and liver. Isoform 3 is expressed in the kidney. Isoform 1 and isoform 3 expression increase during development, reache their highest level in adulthood and decrease with aging.
