Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Cytoplasm. Association of TMEM127 with the cell membrane is enhanced by inhibition of endocytosis. In the cytoplasm, it colocalizes with markers of early endosomal structures, Golgi apparatus and lysosomes.
